In terms of colour, December is dominated everywhere by the Christmas colours red and green. Well, the local Ilex could well be the godfather of this cliché. But we look into the front gardens or parks and have chosen a small, rather inconspicuous bush. In December it bears bright purple, spherical fruits. And we saved this purple for the last month.
As an accent we choose a bright red, maybe because there is at least something to remind of Christmas? At least the pseudo-berry carries small, bright red berries all winter long and we think that these two look very attractive next to each other.
The colouring looks different on the different yarn qualities. On some it is more blurred and small speckles not as clearly defined as on others. Yarns without a superwash finish or with fuzz produce more watercolour effects than others, silk yarns shine and glow..

If the month is up, there is only any remaining stock on the individual yarns, then it will not be re-dyed again.
