What is goods letter?
The goods letter is a product of the Deutsche Post for the fast dispatch of small-sized goods within Germany.
The goods letter is usually delivered within one working day after the day of posting.

If the delivery is made to countries outside the European Union, we may incur additional costs for which we are not responsible, e.g. Customs duties, taxes, or money transfer fees (bank transfer or exchange rate fees) to be borne by you.Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, the goods are delivered in Germany within 2 - 3 days, for deliveries in the EU within 5 - 7 days, for international deliveries within 7 - 14 days after order confirmation (with agreed advance payment after the time of your money order).Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
If you pick it up yourself, we will inform you by email about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
