Colour stories - Off-white

Colour stories consist of individual tones. So here you can find different colours from our regular color canon, which are more monochrome. There are different shades for each colour itself. These go from light to dark or cover different shades of one colour.

Off-white is the undyed shade of the various yarns. So that there are no differences to the dyed yarns in terms of feel and processing, we wash the yarns before they are sold.

The colouring looks different on the different yarn qualities. On some it is more blurred and small speckles not as clearly defined as on others. Yarns without a superwash finish or with fleece produce more watercolor effects than others, silk yarns glow and shine. On yarns with a natural colour that is not just white, such as Sedea de Desierto Grande, the dyeing has a brownish or gray undertone. If a yarn contains linen, the linen fibers do not absorb any dye and provide a rustic and pastel effect.
