Summer, vacation, or at least a few quieter days, that's what I associate with August. It's also my birthday month and so I enjoy at least one evening at leisure, with no obligations. And I especially love the evening hour between day and night. When the sun approaches the horizon and the light envelops everything in soft colors.
Have you ever noticed that blue flowers shine particularly brightly? That's the blue hour, at least that's how I laid it out.
The colour story in August is in two parts and blue. There are cool and warm shades of blue. The accent at the blue hour is lemoncino….
The colouring looks different on the different yarn qualities. On some it is more blurred and small speckles not as clearly defined as on others. Yarns without a superwash finish or with fuzz produce more watercolour effects than others, silk yarns shine and glow..
Our stitch painter is only available in "his month", but on all the qualities of our Funnies that we offer as standard.
Select the quality and enter the desired quantity. We dye especially for you from the 20th of the month. You can then expect delivery going out at the end of the month.
If the month is up, there is only any remaining stock on the individual yarns, then it will not be re-dyed again.
