Indeed, there is no happy end, but nevertheless the story is beautiful. In contrast, our shawl is not only beautiful but knitting brings definitely a happy end, and not only because of the precious yarns with a luxury touch.
Sparkling lines remember little streams or cockling spindrift over the water. In the little crochet border gentle waves pick up the water theme again.
The shawl is worked with short rows and different textures, uncomplicated but diverting.
And if you don’t like water too much, choose one of the other elements and try different colors – there are a lot of stories to tell…
For our shawl we used around 500m of our Seda de Mar and one skein Beaded Silk & Sequins light.
