Colour stories - for people with colorful dreams
We dye especially for you from the 20th of the month. You can then expect delivery by the end of the month, we do not make partial deliveries.
There is a new color story every month. In 2024 we will also take you to the world of Murmilies. The Murmilies are friendly creatures that live in large clans in their own world. You can tell very well who belongs to which clan and we introduce you to a different clan from a different world every month.
As an example, there are always 8 Murmilies from each world to which we dedicate a coloring. Murmilies from three generations always result in a sequence of 8 skeins in the coloring - grandma, grandpa, mum, dad and a group of 4 children who are finely matched to each other. Together they form a fadient.
So 2024 will be again a year of the color palette. There is a whole range of colorings for each month and you can choose which Murmelie you want to get on your needles. Whether one, or two, or all.
The Murmilies live in Novisee and have a soft spot for the wet element. That's why we visit them in November of all months.
They love the rain in all its facets. Whether it's a real downpour or a fine drizzle, they enjoy the wet. Their colors all belong to the palette of colorful shades of gray, because each raindrop reflects a world of its own. And the Murmilies dream of all the places where their raindrops may have already been when things get too dull for them.
And where is the best place to dream if not in the comfort of your family room?
You can either put together the whole process on your favorite quality, or pick out your favorite Color.

The colouring looks different on the different yarn qualities. On some it is more blurred and small speckles not as clearly defined as on others. Yarns without a superwash finish or with fuzz produce more watercolour effects than others, silk yarns shine and glow..
Our stitch painter is only available in "his month", but on all the qualities of our Funnies that we offer as standard.

If the month is up, there is only any remaining stock on the individual yarns, then it will not be re-dyed again.
